Experience

Founding partner of INTELS Estonia. He was admitted as a qualified Estonian patent attorney in 2000,  Estonian trademark attorney in 2002, and as the European patent, trademark and design attorney in 2004. Before founding INTELS Estonia office, he worked as the scientist and lecturer for the University of Tartu, Department of Physics since 1970. He has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of IP protection. He has wide experience in patent prosecution, trademark enforcement and litigation, prosecution and strategy practices, assisting and representing clients before the Estonian Patent Office, Board of Appeal, court and EPO, and drafting the patent documents.
